Effective date: September 2026
Zenlike has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing is ever collected automatically or in the background.
There is exactly one exception, on both iPhone and Android, and it only happens when you choose it: if you open Settings and tap Send feedback, the message you typed is sent to us. Nothing else, and nothing unless you tap Send.
When you tap Send feedback we receive: the text you typed, and basic technical details — the app version and build, your iOS or Android version, your device model (for example "iPhone16,1" or "Google Pixel 8"), and your language setting. The screen shows you all of this before you send it.
We do not receive your name, email address, phone number, location, advertising identifier, or anything that links one message to another or to you. There is no voice recording and no screenshot — feedback is text only. It is stored in private cloud storage that only we can read, kept for up to 12 months, and then deleted automatically. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. It is used solely to fix problems and decide what to build next.
Please don't include personal information in the message. If you'd like something you sent deleted, email us — but because feedback carries no identifier, you'll need to tell us roughly when you sent it and what it said so we can find it.
Everything. Session history, mood check-ins, child profiles, visual schedules, social stories, photos you add to them, and any voice cues you record are stored locally using Apple's and Google's standard app storage. We cannot see any of it. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
The microphone is used in two optional places, both off by default: voice pacing in Counting Mode and Sleep Mode, and recording your own guide cues. Feedback never uses the microphone — it is text only.
Voice pacing is processed live on your device and is never saved. Guide cues you record are saved — as ordinary audio files in the app's private storage on your device, so the app can play them back to your child in your voice. They are never uploaded, and deleting a recording in the app, or deleting the app, removes them.
If you add a photo to a visual schedule or a social story, it is copied into the app's private storage on your device. It is never uploaded and we never see it.
If you turn on Mindful Minutes, Zenlike writes your completed session times to Apple Health. It never reads anything from Health. This is off by default, stays on your device under Apple's control, and can be revoked at any time in the Health app.
If you play a track from your own music library, that selection stays on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit information about your music library.
Optional extra music tracks are downloaded from our content storage when you choose to download them. Those requests carry nothing but the name of the file being requested — no account, no identifier, no history — and we do not log who asked for what.
Zenlike is designed for children to use. It collects nothing from them — no profiles for advertising, no behavioural tracking, nothing. There is no chat, no social feature, and no user-generated content shared with anyone.
Send feedback is a parent-facing feature reached only through Settings, which Kids Mode keeps behind the parent gate, and it sends only text that an adult typed and reviewed on screen. We ask that you don't include a child's name in it.
If we update this policy we will change the effective date above, and material changes will also be described in the app's release notes.
