MathWiz is a math learning app for kids. It is designed from the ground up to collect nothing.
Nothing. MathWiz does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information, usage data, or analytics of any kind. The app has no network access, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and no backend server.
When a child creates a local profile (just a first name, no login or account required), that name and their learning progress (scores per module) are stored only on the device, using Apple's on-device SwiftData storage. This data is never uploaded anywhere, never shared with us, and never leaves the device — including if the app is deleted, in which case the data is permanently removed with it.
MathWiz is built for children and fully complies with the spirit of COPPA and Apple's Kids Category requirements by design: there is no account creation, no data collection, no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no way for the app to communicate with any server.
MathWiz does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same page with a new "last updated" date. Given the app's fully offline design, we don't expect this to change.
Questions about this policy can be sent to the developer via the App Store listing's support contact.
