• Authentication tokens: app tokens stored on your device in encrypted secure storage, used to authenticate API requests.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect financial account credentials or brokerage login information.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use advertising networks or tracking SDKs.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate the THRESHOLD service — displaying your positions, running scans, and personalising your experience. Market data displayed in the app is sourced from third-party financial data providers and is not tied to your personal information.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on servers operated by the developer and protected by HTTPS and Cloudflare security. App tokens on your device are stored using the operating system's encrypted secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

THRESHOLD uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Cloudflare — network security and access control
• Polygon.io — real-time and historical stock market data
• ThetaData — options market data
• Anthropic Claude — AI-powered stock research summaries

7. Local Network Access

THRESHOLD may connect to a local network server to retrieve real-time market data and options analysis. No personal data is transmitted over this connection.

8. Children's Privacy

THRESHOLD is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
